摘要

创新驱动发展战略强调科技创新与制度创新、管理创新、商业模式创新、业态创新和文化创新相结合。创新驱动就是创新成为引领发展的第一动力，以科技创新为核心带动全面创新。介绍《国家创新驱动发展战略纲要》的基本思路及四项基本原则，包括紧扣发展、深化改革、强化激励、扩大开放。分享国家科技创新取得历史性变化的重要经验。

Abstract

Innovation-driven development strategies emphasizes the integration of technological innovation with institutional innovation, management innovation, business model innovation, business innovation and cultural innovation. Innovation drive is innovation to become the first driving force for development, with science and technology innovation as the core to drive comprehensive innovation. During the presentation, Dr Zhang will introduce the basic concepts and the four principles of the National Innovation Driven Development Strategy Outline, including closely following development, deepening reform, strengthening incentives, and expanding openness. He will also share with audience some key learnings from the journey to a more innovative China.

讲者简介

张景安，管理学博士，研究员，国际欧亚科学院院士。长期从事科技创新理论与发展政策研究，是一位有影响力的专家和卓有成效的实践者。1988年至1992年在新华社香港分社工作，参与香港基本法起草。曾任中华人民共和国科学技术部秘书长，科技日报社社长，第十一届全国政协委员。现任中国科技体制改革研究会理事长，中国国际经济交流中心常务理事。

About the Speaker

Dr. Zhang Jing’an got his PhD in Management, he is a researcher as well as the Academician of International Eurasian Academy of Sciences (IEAS). For many years he has been engaged in the research of science and technology innovation, theories as well as policy development, he is an influential expert and has had great achievements in the related fields. Between 1988 to 1992, Dr. Zhang served at the Xinhua News Agency and participated in drafting “The Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China”; Dr. Zhang was appointed many government posts, including Secretary General of The Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China; Director General of the Science and Technology Daily; Committee member of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Dr. Zhang is currently the Chairman of China Association of Science and Technology System Reform; and Standing Director of the China Center for International Economic Exchanges.
