Overview

Looks at how to govern fast-moving technologies so that their benefits are fully realised while harms are prevented before they entrench. It covers artificial intelligence, robotics and embodied intelligence, the low-altitude economy (drones / eVTOL), blockchain and real-world assets (RWA), and autonomous driving.

Legal, ethical, and economic perspectives are combined to inform innovation-friendly rules. The cluster works at the frontier of law and technology, advising regulators on sandbox designs, liability frameworks, and international coordination mechanisms.
